Where is my order?
We will keep you updated on the status of the order via email. Our current turn around time is 2-3 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you'll always receive an email with your tracking number. You can then click the tracking number link and track your order in real-time online. Please email us at email@example.com if it has been past 3 weeks and your order still hasn't been received.
Why does my tracking say “not found”?
A tracking ID may take up to 1-3 business days to get activated on the shipping carrier website. If it still says “not found” after 3 days of being shipped, please email us back at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we’ll check it out for you.
I still haven't received my package. What now?
If you have tracked your package and it has been past 3 weeks and your order still hasn't been received, please email us back at email@example.com with your name and order number.

Do you offer custom designs?
Looking for a custom design for your family vacation, bridal party, youth group, small business, etc?! We are so happy to announce that we are now accepting CUSTOM ORDERS!! Please note we do have a minimum of 6 shirts per custom design.
