Returns are ONLY accepted within 14 days of receipt date for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be received in NEW and UNWASHED condition within the said time frame. We will not exchange items that have been worn, washed, stained, look worn, have pet hair on them or smell of smoke. We are unable to resell the items in those conditions therefore we can not take them back. No exceptions! If an item is returned to us in any of these conditions, we will return the item back to you after shipping expenses have been paid. We want you to love your items but understand that sometimes items need to be returned for various reasons (wrong size, color, etc.).
If you would like to cancel an order prior to shipment, please note you will be given store credit for your purchase As we cannot refund money. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS. Items purchased on sale or using a DISCOUNT CODE are not eligible for returns.
Please include a print out of your order confirmation.
As soon as your item is received we will issue you a gift card for the value of your original item to be used for store credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Please note that we do not offer immediate exchanges at this time as we can not guarantee we will have the item you purchased available at the time of return as our inventory fluctuates on a daily basis.
You are responsible for all shipping costs. If you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit refund.
